The anti-loosening effect of the HEICO-LOCK(R) series has been verified through vibration tests in accordance with international standards. - German Industrial Standards (DIN 65151, DIN 25201-4) - U.S. Aerospace Standards (NASM 1312-7) 【Features】 ■ The inner surface of the washer has a wedge-shaped cam surface, while the outer side has a radial tooth surface. ■ The radial tooth surface on the outer side of the washer firmly spikes into the bolt/nut and the joined material. ■ The movement of the system occurs only between the wedge-shaped cam surfaces on the inside of the washer. ■ Movement at the wedge-shaped cam surface effectively increases the axial force of the bolt. ■ It provides reliable fastening strength under dynamic loads. *Please feel free to contact us for more details.

Hardness difference: H (HEICO) > H (material) The surface hardness of the washer is harder than that of the general fastening material and nut/bolt, and it firmly spikes into the surfaces of the fastening material and bolt/nut. 2. Friction difference: μ (a) > μ (i) Friction coefficient of the wedge-shaped cam surface on the inside of the washer: μ (i) Friction coefficient of the radial tooth surface on the outside of the washer: μ (a) 3.
